PennDOT announces new updates to drivers license, ID design

The update will include new security enhancements as well. But drivers won't have to run out and get a new one right away; the new licenses will be phased in.
County officials announced on Monday that several groups within the city will be working together to ensure that the new shelter beds are available during winter.
