Can't Get Facebook Recovery Codes - Password Manager - Bitwarden

When I set up security keys for my Facebook account, I got recovery codes to print and store in my safe. When setting it up for my wife, I didn’t see an option for accessing the recovery codes. The instructions below do not work because there is never anything labeled “Recovery Codes to tap.” Anyone know how to get them? Nonfunctional Instructions: Tap in the top right of Facebook.
