how do i manually download a mod to nexus mod manager - Skyrim

i want to download the schlongs of skyrim mod but i never downloaded a mod from this site i also haven't manually downloaded mods before, i downloaded mods off nexus using Nexus Mod Manager, but i was wondering if any of you guys can help me on downloading mods manually?
