Hotend pauses on print for a few seconds after finish printing

Any one know how to change settings/gcod so that the hotend does not pause on the top layer after it finish printing? This leaves a dimple where it paused. Thanks!

Ender 3 just stops extruding filament midprint. I was having under Extrussion problems so i decided to get a new hot end for the first time after 3 years of owning it.
