Disclaimer: I did not make this mod, Smithers did. I just had the original upload perms and think this mod should be shared. This mod contains an evasive skill that freezes time. In practical terms, projectiles and NPCs will cease to move. I think it even freezes other people in multiplayer? You need to use a skill or ki blast to exit the time stop state. This mod was also buggy as fuck when it was made, time has most certainly not been kind to it. Pun not intended.
