Originally held by Torchlight Energy(TRCH), which was acquired by Metamaterials Inc(MMAT) through a reverse merger in June of 2021 and was recently spun out into another entity to essentially eventually default on its leases and debt obligation in another, what many still argue as either public or private, company. Confused yet? Probably by design.
