Rework the translation UI [#563128]

We need a way to show differences between translations so that changes are more apparent for reviewers, something like: Attached is a word based diff function I wrote for the German translation server. I'm not sure whether the original code (I wrote it over a year ago) was based on something else, but I think I just used the sample algorithm from
