Nintendon't Forwarder/Channel

I'm trying to get a nintendont forwarder on my Wii U meno to control it with my gamepad. I got the WUP installer to appear on the Mii Maker installer area, where do I put the forwarder files for the installer to detect them and install the forwarder to my console
