Female Snorunt NOT Evolving When Exposed to Dawn Stone

Hi, need some help figuring out why my Snorunt isn't evolving into Frosslass. I'm sure it's just me being stupid but maybe someone can help give me some clarity? Would be mush appreciated, thanks in advance :)
