Level 3999, or colloquially known as The Neon Paradise, is the twenty-third level in Escape the Backrooms. It is an Arcade thought to be Class 0 Survival difficulty. This level is not to be confused with Level 399 (The Neon Hotel), which is not a level of Escape the Backrooms. Level 3999 takes on the appearance of an Arcade. The only thing you can do in this level is wander around, as this is a teaser level for the next update. There is an exit to The Hub in this level. Ther are no known entitie
