Nov 6, 2015 - So I decided to techinacally redo an anime picture. For this I chose Lucy/ Nyuu from Elfen Lied. I Outlined in Adobe Illustrator, and colored it in Adobe Photoshop. I will put up the three step, and in this order, the base/origonal picture, The outline, and finally the finished product.
