Cant upload database to Steam. - Pre-Game and In-Game Editor - Sports Interactive Community

Hello, a few weeks ago i was able to upload my editor work to the steam workshop. Now for anything i do the option just remains blanked out and nothing i can do will get it to work.

How do I install this database from scoutfm? .fmf files are in editor data in the football manager 2023 file but when I go into the game they don't appear as seen
