Arlo is one of the three leaders of Team GO Rocket in Pokémon GO. He specialises in Steel-Type Pokémon and his signature Pokémon seems to be Scizor. OtterFan48 battled Arlo for the first time whilst walking to hatch his eggs and seeing that Arlo had invaded a nearby PokéStop. OtterFan48 lost several times, and then gave up.
